The Lake District National Park is famous for it's mountain walking which offers literally thousands of options from easy gentle  lakeside paths to traversing the higher mountains. There is something for everyone. Here are a few routes but please let us know if you have others in mind, and of course there is Helvellyn standing at a mighty 950m and Blencathra with it's 6 separate fell tops at 868m. We also have beautiful scenery on our low level walks and The Ullswater Way is a classic example. Our guides are highly qualified and experienced in the mountains and you will learn more about the mountains and their rich history.
