Indoor climbing and abseiling is very popular with families here in the Lake District and it works very well indeed as a wet weather alternative. Our centre is private so you can make a personal booking anytime even if its for just an hour. You are well looked after with a climbing professional and all technical equipment is provided. We do have a wide range of rock climbing shoes for very small children's sizes right up to an adult 13!!! Family sessions are £50 in total for 1st hour then £30 thereafter (for up to 6 people)

On site we have ample secure parking and toilet facilities. Tea, coffee always available.

 

Our purpose build training centre is a fantastic venue to learn a wide range of technical rope skills and techniques. If you are a complete novice just getting into rock climbing or someone planning to tackle their first major multi-pitch route  or even an alpine peak then we can help.
