A Spectacular Way to Experience Ullswater

This  is a truly adventurous full day experiencing the beauty of Ullswater by both boat and by foot. You will meet your instructor and get used to handling the boats before setting off on an 7.5 mile journey on the second largest lake in the Lake District. Cruising along in our super stable tandem sea kayaks you will experience the tranquility and fantastic views of the area whilst learning about it's rich history.  Once at the other end of the lake it's time to have a break and get geared up for the 9.5 mile walk along the Ullswater Way taking in the spectacular Aira Force waterfalls and views of Helvellyn. Your journey will start at either Pooley Bridge or Glenridding, depending on wind direction and speed.

As with most of our activities this fully guided day is a private booking with just your group so the pace will be set by you and if there is anything you would like to include please ask.
